Trapped in delusions: democracy, fairness and one-share-one-vote

This regulatory comment by Arman Khatchaturyan argues that EC policy-makers have tried to make equiproportional representation nearly an aphorism tied to corporate egalitarian sentiments but that the proposal fails to justify the move as a value-enhancing technique for EU corporate governance.
